Consultation services are not refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:

The service was not completed as promised.

The service did not resolve the issue.

The service caused additional problems (i.e., the issue was worsened by our work).

Accidental double payments.
Refunds are not available for:

Consultations
-
Parts already installed or purchased on your behalf

Services that were fully completed and performed correctly
3. Time Frame for Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the completion of service. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:

Services that were only partially completed

Labor or parts that were not used or installed

Reason for the refund request
Refund requests will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Once approved, the refund will be processed through Square, and the fulfillment timing will depend on their payment processing system.
